Do you have to pay msrp to buy a raptor?

Bought May 2010 on the lot. Sticker $46,000. Paid $46,000 after taxes and everything. They bumped my trade in value up $5000 over bluebook/nada

I just picked up a 2012 Race Red Sat and I got it off the lot. MSRP alittle over 54k and I got it for 51K even. I thought it was a good deal for a 2012

I think he meant to say his price was actually forty six aka "hit the fo an give me 6 minutes of your time then we'll give you the truck for 46K after tax". In May 2010....it could have even been a 5.4L!! In which case the dealer got a tugg and a blow.

I am new to Forum. I have researched and test driven a used Raptor. Love it. Trying to get a new one. Two dealerships in Upstate NY have already said they will order it. One dealer says that they already ordered one and it is due in anytime. Bottom line is that they will not budge on the MSRP !! I have bought many cars in my life and have never paid MSRP - ever. Does any one have any tips, or is this the raptor reality we have to face. Thanks
