Your thoughts on the D-ring and Tow hook look?

I agree with Lead though - tow hooks need the structural support of being tied to the frame. Some tug-outs can get really freakin violent at times. I've seen lot's of parts get torn off trucks - but when its a whole frame rail - then ya know you was stuck!:jester:

i think it looks good on that truck because it looks so beefy to begin with because of the cab and wheels. and i do like the wheels :hmm: that guy has good taste :jester:

That's my truck and if I had to do it over again I would have never of had the d rings put on the bumper. I didn't realize that I was going to be able to use my factory tow hooks. Also, the d ring mounts are only 1/4 plate and I would never hook a d ring onto them, the plate would probably bend the first time you pulled on it, they need to be at least 1/2 in plate and lower on the bumper to function properly. The good thing is that there hardly noticiable on the truck.
