I use a relay and run them through an upfitter switch. Got the entire setup from SPV.

Thanks. I meant AUX switch. My spell check got me. I cant believe the little brown/green wire for aux 2 can flow enough juice to run this onx6!

I don't think the Aux switch can run the Onyx6 as a stand alone. That's the reason for the relay. You may be right at the thresehold of the Aux switch but I wouldn't recommend it. Safer to run a relay
