X liner in rear wheel wells

Got tired of seeing paint over spray so I had it blacked out. Looks better and less sloppy.

Sorry for late reply...I had the X liner job done at 4 the truck as well. The did a couple jobs...total $345...As for the job itself I think it was $180...

One of the best mods

I did this four years ago and is by far one of the best mods I've done. Looks as good as the day they sprayed it and makes the truck look so much better.

The boys at 4 the truck do a real bang up job. A lot of attention to detail...notice in pic that they sprayed the support rods too.

I did the same thing and I've had mine for about 1 1/2 years. No chips yet. I did it myself though, with a little elbow grease and two cans of spray on bed liner.

Can anyone tell me if they remove the fender flares when they spray the wheel wells? I am going to do this myself hopefully tomorrow. I'm assuming they should stay in place so they continue to fit tight to the wheel well.

Also, I plan to use a wire brush to rough it up in lieu of sand paper. Good idea or not??

They didn't remove anything on mine, but they did do a great job taping everything off. My Linex guy used a different material underneath for my wheel wells - it's a bit thinner spay material than the regular line - more of an undercoating product.
