The drop shackle is labeled 1 or 2 inch drop but I needed another hole to get what I wanted. If the springs settle more then I may need to go another direction. It's just a big puzzle and the pieces have to fit just right!!lol

I am very curious as that is pretty much what I want a 1.5"-2" rise in the rear all said and done after settling of course

Interested in pics too because I will also be staying on mid perch

I promise, WSI springs will lift the rear 2-3". The lowering shackle is to get you back to a more nirmal height. When the rear is that much talker than stock the stock shocks are out of range so they do not damp small bumps as well as at stock height. Not a large issue for me, I have 7000 miles on mine, jumped it and did the Snoball with no issues. Totally go for it!7aga3ava.jpg
Guess which one is stock :)

The extra hole I made was to raise the back another 1 inch. Just because the shackle says it lowers the truck 1-2 inches over stock, it all depends on how much the springs raise the truck. In my case, I wanted the rear of the truck to sit 1.5 inches above the front so for my truck, I needed another hole to raise the back more. The stock shackle raises the rear to high but may be ok once the springs settle down but right now it looks awesome.

I can send someone the pictures to post so you can see what I'm talking about. If you carry a couple hundred pounds of weight then the stock shackles may work. If you live close to Indy, feel free to stop by and see the set up.

I am very pleased with how the springs changed the drive characteristics of the truck. They should come from Ford like this.
