Remember the Moderate and Difficult rating is based on Zero, Nada, Ziltch snowfall.

What are you guys looking into winch wise? I have the Recon10,500 lb with synthetic rope. I used the outlaw winch mount. I am still working on a short write up and lots of pics. The install was a big pain in the arse, get a friend to help you. Also, if you are thinking of flanking the hawse with lights, buy the WSI bracket when you do the install. I think SDHQ makes a plate with a point to mount lights, but their plate is not as beefy as the outlaw plate.

I'm building my own plate to mount and I'm sure a lot of you guys will be like that winch is junk, but the reviews were good and I can't beat the price on this winch.

Gotta do it at some point. Plus its the first one on the way. If it takes us 5 hours then we can cut off some of the rest. If we did it last it could turn a 7 hour drive into a 12 hour drive. Know what I'm saying? Once you are in that area theres really no side trails.

Its a bar/resturant. Im assuming we will get there about noonish.
