For anyone wonder what Jamal's response was...

When asked about it Jamal paused for a second and said...
"How do I say this... We sell many trucks to marginal drivers who forget you need to slow down before hitting the 5ft ditch. The truck has run the Baja 1000 and many many miles of testing without bending any frames."

Now I will admit he did quite a bit of dancing around the subject of the power steering tanks/pumps.

I just noticed his body language and tone after addressing this touchy subject.. Yes, it was quite humorous response, but Both Brandi and myself noticed how his attitude changed after several flaws were brought up.

how many seconds apart was it taking pictures? that will determine how long each picture needs to be displayed for.

Same here. I'm still leaking fluid and the steering rack is hard to turn at idle. Either I have snow/ice built up, or the PS pump is compromised.
