So here is the count so far, 55 truck ... this has caused over 16,000 looks at the face book page in one week! There are more than 38,871 views on the forum page. This participial piece of the thread is number 1881. I think this is amazing! I don't know what I'm going to do when its all over. I'll have forum post withdrawals.

I need to decide what to do with the chrome monstrosity of the ford badge on the tailgate. Maybe I'll grab a can of black plastidip to make it not shiny.

I wonder what chrome looks like sprayed with VHT nightshades or other sort of tint stuff.

The nightshades might make for a nice effect on chrome against the Tux Black. It would be interesting to see.

I took care of all the emblems with the PlastiDip with good results but only served as a band-aid on the unsightly silver portion of the front bumper. I hope to replace that before the SnoBall.

I'm considering doing the flares and the rear bumper in the spring.

The downfall of NightShades would be not being able to easily remove it if it doesn't look good. I think they have a "smoke" Plasti-dip out that is kinda like nightshades. But if I remember correctly, it looked like absolute garbage when they sprayed over chrome...

Just go flat black...

I've been using my Muck's for awhile, absolutely love them in the cold. Just make sure you lysol them after every use... seriously they start to smell bad after the first use.
