I still haven't had time to look at the voltage. But the ECM uses 5v as a reference voltage. So I'm
Assuming this runs through the ECM or trans controller or both.

A diode doesn't drop voltage unless you are using it in a ac system. A diode will stop all voltage in one direction and let voltage in flow freely in the other direction. So if you put a diode in each of the power wires that would stop you from stray voltage going down the other positive power line and causing a problem. But you still have a issue if you turn both power sources on at the same time and doubling the voltage at the actuator. Understand?

Our trucks have PCMs (Powertrain Control Modular), both engine and drivetrain (transmission, axles, brakes for TC, RSC, etc.) run through this device.
Just to clarify that.

On the link I posted before they or someone is using a diode to reduce to voltage in a 12v system.
Now, I'm not an electrical engineer and I do not want to stop you from looking further into this situation.
But maybe there are different types of diodes?

And to point out, the PCM is a PC really and computers are mostly 5 volts, bus wise.
I know the Throttle Body Blade is controlled with five volts 0-5, 0v being closed and 5v wide opened.

After looking at the wire diagram they call it a suppression device. But it doesn't drop the voltage. I'm not sure what it does. If you look at the locker on the diagram it states 0-18 v operation. and 8 amps max. Basically the diode is letting any stray voltage on the ground side return to the power side. Not sure what the purpose of the diode is. But who said our locker this runs on 5 V???

or does anyone have information in deleting the abs completely while also being able to lock the dif still?

Some one really needs to figure this out, all the safties just gets in the way when off roading.
About the abs thing, i know in landcruisers and lx570's they can disable the airbags and abs by removing certain fuses
you think somethink like that might work on the raptor?

Yes there's the abs and the trailer sway you can pull but then you can't lock the rear dif which is y I'm interested in hot wiring the rear dif to get around the nannys. I'm already out of warentee so I have no problem with messing with the truck.

Lets re-fire this up , i have a system worked out and in use. Been R&D this kit for a little over a month . You can use the read diff without ORM or being in 4h and it will stay in gauged . will kill the abs and will also no set off any funny lights . Once more test is in order and then this kit will be released .
