So what is the gauge of wire for each of these? I read all 13 pages and all I found was a "I think" aux 1 & 2 are 14 gauge. Is that correct?

Well, there was no reference to upfitter switches in the manual. In the Raptor supplement there is a mention, but it only mentions amps.

EDIT: I did find a reference in the Fuse section of the manual, but again it only confirms the amps an not the gauge wires used.

The reason I ask is that I want to prewire those 30amp switches all the way to the front bumper, and I can't find anywhere what size wire to use. According to this, it's 10 gauge.

Determining Proper Electrical Wiring Size

That doesn't sound right. The pass through cables aren't 10 gauge are they?

I went to buy some cable at Pepboys, and the cable had a table on the back with recommended gauges. For 30 amps it could go as low as 14 gauge for 10 feet of wire or less. 12 gauge for 15ft and 10 gauge for 20ft. The 14 gauge looked a but too thin. I could probably get away with 12 gauge. 10 gauge seemed too thick compared to any of the pass through cables.
