I'm saying PC has caused issues. I've read a few posts about the truck going into "limp" mode with PC installed.

Because they were not seated in the plug fully with the tab locked.

Don't know the specific reason. The point of my post was that a lot of the issues I've read are self inflicted and the legitimate problems with the truck, while they do exist aren't nearly as numerous as the person I quoted was purporting them to be. Certainly not worthy of saying the truck is "plagued" with them.

Jeezus - posts like this cause nothing but problems, panic and fear. Fear of the vehicle and the product (Pedal Commander).

If you aren't going to post complete information why are you posting stuff you don't know anything about?!

See you are incorrect. Most problems reported had nothing to do with add-ons but just stock trucks.

I assure you, my post won't cause any problems with anyones truck. There HAVE been issues, that's a fact. Some people don't like facts and thats ok. The only thing I didn't "know" was the precise issue. Whether an incorrect install or an inherent issue with PC, or a combination. I do know, without a doubt, the installation of PC has caused issues. If you have a problem with posting that, then you have a problem with me posting that. Feel free to chase my posts around and reply with your grievances.

It's obvious you didn't know what you were talking about and now you're defending your ignorance saying your post "won't cause any problems." When you're the manufacturer or seller of products for the aftermarket THEN you can tell us how ignorant posts on the internet that never go away "won't cause any problems."

Funny how you talk about FACTS yet your post was missing the FACTS

I'm glad you found it amusing. Like I said, feel free to chase me around the forum crying shenanigans. I've seen the posts, I'm sure you have too. I'll continue to reference them where I see fit, and you can continue to get your feelings hurt over it.

The problems with misfires I’ve seen reported here were - I think a pair or 3 wastegate actuators, several of the boostmax and maybe 1 pedal commander, which was install related. P/C has a specific instruction set you need to follow also, relating to the keys.

The Gen1 partisans, and user formerly known as sasquatch77 think all this is great stuff, but just like home values, if the gen2 values go down, so do the gen1 trucks, which are older, more mileage and more seasoned.

We need to really not let this discussion, like so many before it, devolve into a $hit show.
