It really depends on the shop. I would suspect most of the big name places would refuse but, it never hurts to ask.

Totally agree with what @Venerous said above. Discount Tire or something like that won’t do it. But an off-road shop will, or you can always DIY.

What all did you have painted LF that was originally another color? I see bumpers and fender flares. Did you paint the grill and bumper guards and FORD emblem?

Got caught by one of my game cameras a couple weeks back...yes, I know the date/time stamp is wrong!
And caught with another LF that was going through the drive through at a sub shop near where mine was parked while having lunch up near our property:
