White carpet stains from Weather-tech mats

They never responded to me. Who did you contact about the problem?

I emailed their cs. When I received new mats they included some carpet shampoo, fwiw. I put the new ones in so I suppose I should check underneath them when I get a chance. They also had me send the old ones back.
