Pretty easy to me .. Line them up at a light and go.. One will win, and until the other beats it then that's the better set up...tire size, fuel, weight, those are just all excuses the loser will bring up.
Altough true, very true... like animals and people
Every machine will differ
And every pocket has a diffrent depth

I would go with a build 6.6 with twin turbo
If pockets allow... just because you dail back the turbo's for daily driving...and pump the boost when its play time

On the discussion / opinions on rough vs wipple
locking at the chargers them selfs i don't see big tech spec differences... so its just personal prefrenece and pricing i think

Ya that hellion tt kit looks fun... But like you said the two kits are very similar, but on paper the Whipple looks better. But on paper Anderson silva looked tougher too ; )

It comes down to pulley size, the Roush stage 2 produces boost sooner than a Whipple running the stock pulley. I'm thinking a 3.000 or maybe a pulley like Biggest is running. If you had the money to build the engine for that kind of power.

And we would need to know all the mods done to both trucks to kind of compare.
And was the Whipple truck running JDM's latest tune?
The tunes are getting a little better in baby steps as more tinkering is being done.

Update,
in a few weeks I will be upgrading again.

60 lbs. injectors
3.250 pulley

And finally getting dyno time!!!

Looking for 560+ rwhp with stock exhaust. But I'll be happy with 548 rwhp.

Nope, I'm not ready to plunge into the exhaust thing.

Need tires! And suspension upgrades and/or add-ons come first. Tractions bars are next!

So, finally, I did it!!! I've been talking for years that I need to get some dyno time and post numbers.

I also did a Whipple optional upgrade package.

Whipple Tune
Whipple's Twin 68mm TB
60 lbs. injectors
3.250 SC pulley
Livernois Billet Oil Pump Gears and in-Tank Fuel Pump

Did I mention I'm running full stock exhaust!!!
