Data logging the whipple tune

Has anyone ran a data log using the tomahawk device?

Since I’ve installed my whipple kit and tune my truck has thrown a wrench light and gone into limp mode 3 times. It’s stating there’s a drivetrain fault. Ford can’t pull the codes because the truck is tuned. Has anyone else had anything similar happen?

I had that happen twice with the drivetrain fault, I cleared the codes with the tomahawk but it didn’t fix it until I did a crank re learn. I also find it weird Ford can’t pull the codes because I can pull the codes with Tomahawk no problem.

I couldn’t even see the codes with my tomahawk. It’s strange. I reloaded my tune and it cleared the first 2 times. This third time I was going to take it to the dealership with the light on but it cleared when I had the truck off for a half hour.

Do you have a 2018 by any chance? I experienced the same issue with the MPT tune. I removed the MPT tune and started using the Whipple tune in hopes I wouldn’t get the wrench light again. I wonder if Whipple is aware people are experiencing this issue.

Yeah mine is an 18 too. I called whipple and told them about it and someone was supposed to call me back yesterday but never did.
