Have looked at the RPG puck extenders, but can not find any photos of them in place, so I'm not exactly sure what they do.
they do exactly the same as the SDHQ or off-road alliance ones , shorten the amount of travel it takes to get to the bump. They just choose to extend the strike plate upward from the axle, RPG chooses to extend the bump downward from the frame. You will need to get 1/2” longer bolts than supplied from RPG if you go the timbren/RPG route

If you go with the rpg pucks, then get the strike plate rpg sells that’s what I’m running with the timbren bumps onlY, NOT thier bracket. Or keep Aoem bumps and run the off-road alliance strike plate relocate. Can’t use both. I can get you pics if you want or you can PM me your cell and call ya and better explain
Ahhhh! That's EXACTLY the one I was talking about! (the strike plate) Pics would be great, thanks. So....you are saying that I use the RPG pucks instead of the mount that comes with the Timbren rubbers, and the strike plate we are talking about and I'm good to go?

This is the one you are talking about?

SDHQ now informs me that these are also Gen 1 pads, they just have not updated their website yet. I will try to install when Icon leafs get here and see what happens.

Went with setting #3 on Icon rear leafs on my Gen 1. Don't know if this is apples to oranges, but, I'm happy with the way it turned out. Eibach coils on front set at low-perch. Fox shock rebuilds all the way around. Those are 37's. Bed is empty in the photo, about 600 lbs. of gear to still go in back.

Just for reference. Got my icons set to option 2 today. Installed. I have a Leitner rack with two gearpods and a 37” spare in the bed. About 250 pounds. Rear is sitting at just under 45”. Once tent, jack and cO2 bottle go in. Will be about 450. Should settle to 44” and have 1” inch rake.

Ride is perfect. Much better than my old leafs. I think they were effing shot though

I’ll get better pictures maybe next week.
