which CAI to get ?

No one likes the K&N? They have a thing called the DryCharger that you can put over the filter if you plan on getting the truck really wet.

AIRAID also has a prefilter that goes over the filter and somewhat resists water intrusion to the filter and intake. I've used one on my setup with good results. It does a terrific job of capturing heavy pollen in the spring.

I don't think an aftermarket intake will have any effect on your remote start...

I know my Airraid doesn't...that is news to me I'd there is an issues

I think the volant was an issue the the remote start because u had to move the switch or something like that. I don't think its an issue on the newer kit. Any kit that u have to move the washer fluid Res could be a problem. Pretty sure all other kits are fine, I know afe is.

The only one I've run on my Raptor has been the aFe Stage II. I run it with the dry filter and included filter sock. It has performed as advertised, I like it.
