I'm unsure where you got your specs but from edmunds.com the 5.4L is 5863 lbs. and the 6.2L is 6006 lbs. These numbers are both curb weight.

Interestingly enough, I found that the 2011 and 2010 Raptors differ in length by 0.3" (the 2011 being shorter) and the wheelbase by 0.3" as well (the 2011 with a longer wheelbase). Anyone might know why they're different?
