What's everyone doing for vinyl lettering on the grill?

I ordered mine last week on eBay and this Thursday they said they where shipped. I got the black reflective. 2-4 weeks delivery. We will see. I think he said he was sending out the letters OFR and D in black reflective solid.

I got mine about two weeks ago and received a similiar email from eBay stating he was no longer a vendor. The install trick that I use is clean the grill with rubbing alcohol, let dry and then spray a heavy application of window cleaner on the grill. Peel the backing off the stiickers and apply. The window cleaner allows temporary movement and once aligned, slowly starting working the air bubbles out. The cleaner will quickly evaporate and the sticker will adhere. Worked great for me!

As did I, the seller did email me asking for pictures of it installed for a website hes starting. He never got back to me.

I did somewhat the same thing when installing mine but still managed to get a lot of air bubbles but with all this heat and driving, it all smoothed out. So no more air bubbles.

He asked the same with my vinyl to send him pics as well for an online site. I thought I had saved his contact info but can't seem to find it.

The vendor did leave eBay but I have the contact info below:

Steve - 604-842-8520

Btw - Eventhough PayPal took the funds from Steve, he still sent me my order. I will be sending him payment directly. That means a lot to me. Steve had no obligation to send the stickers.

My stickers came in today from the eBay vendor mentioned above and they look like they were cut with an exacto knife and scissors by his kids. I do not think I will even put them on.

Why not just take your Raptor to a local custom paint shop and have them paint the FORD letters for you? I had thought about going the decal route, but in the end, got a really neat custom job! Expensive, yes, but well worth it!!
