What will be the last model year for this gen Raptor?

I’m thinking for a gen 4 model we will get updated interior and plusher seats like the rest of the market. Dual live values become standard. Ford doesn’t do well when they change the engines so hopefully they don’t touch that.

I think they are going get roasted pretty bad if they do a third generation in a row with the same engine...

I would anticipate hybrid power in the 4th gen. I'm pretty skeptical of hybrid power in general, though I am certain Ford could put something together that would be really potent.

With a new admin coming and all indicators pointing to a much relaxed “environmental” policy…..one can hope a new gen of HO ICE comes. But ford ceo (and most auto makers) are cucks and keep pushing electric. So I expect a 100k hybrid pos.

Well considering Ford is just getting around to putting in HUDs from 1988, I'd say they aren't the most forward thinking in anything. But no one knows when exactly Gen 4.

Since Ford is struggling financially and ICE is going away anyway and Ford is woke, I wouldn’t be surprised if they robbed R&D of the funds to do anything interesting with gen 4.

It would make sense to see a new 3.5 based on the nano design. The 3.0 is showing it can make pretty big power, just look at the FP tune for the ranger/bronco raptor getting more power/tq than the HO 3.5 tune.

Hybrid in the form of a next gen powerboost (more battery, more power, same or less weight) also makes a lot of sense as it would hit many boxes for the brand. 1) More power, a lot more low end torque. 2) Huge marketing potential, with ford, as they always do for a new raptor launch, prepping a Baja competition vehicle but as a hybrid to prove the hybrid capability. 3) Ford and fox are actively researching shocks that can handle more weight, there is a technology demonstrator they built together based on the lightning.
