Hell of a high school graduation gift! I agree completely with getting something cheaper & using the difference for other stuff in life - like a house or continued education. I'm a physician, graduated from medical school 4 years ago, and am ordering a Raptor (my first new vehicle, currently drive a 10 year old Taurus) in a couple weeks. Save that money now, or at least don't put it into a depreciating asset, and you'll be glad of it later, I promise.
