What is this called?

I have searched everywhere and can’t figure it out! What is the trim piece between the rear fender flare and the bumper called? I am wanting to pull it to paint and am trying to locate some extra clips just in case thank you

Are you painting flares, too, or just that piece?

They're easy to pull off. Start off removing the push in plastic rivets at the bottom and then look behind the trim piece. Squeeze each plastic clip together with some pliers or a trim tool and push each one out. I think there are five all together.
There is also some 3M foam tape at the top that will give you some resistance. Easy to peel off and replace with new stuff from your local auto parts store.
