I'll tell you as a tabbed and scrolled Ranger from 1st Ranger Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment that he is NOT. Do yourself a favor and simply do 30seconds of research. I typically let this go but he clearly is a pretentious ***** who thinks his shit dont stink an he is some billy bad ass and needs to have a reality check

He simply said he is Ranger tabbed.

I don't know if he is or isn't, but that's not a misleading statement if the guy graduated from Ranger school.

I didn't get the feeling he's a pretentious *****. We like to poke a little fun here on FRF. No need to go nuclear on someone.

Ranger Smanger---the biggest and most BAD ASSED RANGER EVER TO PUT ON THE UNIFORM (except for Audie Murphy and that is a toss up) LIVES ACROSS THE STREET FROM ME!! Maggie would never tell you he did "big boy work"----very quiet about that stuff when you are the real deal... Wrote a book about it 50 years later and now there is a movie/documentary.

For the subject at hand I never get involved in controversial topics here:biggrin: BUT you look at mine and you will SCREAM Street Queen!! Till you look underneath! Mine goes off-road because it has to---it really is fun though but if someone wants to be a poser and drive it as a street queen then fine they paid their Money..

No "RLTW" we won't ask that, it probably wont be the truth and because we all know that you being an officer are nothing more than a desk jockey and a power point Ranger. You having only a tab doesn't make you a Ranger either. Ranger school is nothing more than a leadership school open to all males in any branch of military service. A real Ranger is one who wears a scroll and tan beret. A member of the 75th Ranger Regiment. A smal unit tactic expert who conducts nighttime direct action raids. Rangers of Regiment are special operations not regular army. You went to school great but don't even for a second think you are a Ranger. You want to start an inflammatory thread and as previously seen this isn't the only one you like to belittle people on. What is most disheartening is that you are a leader of a group of men and your moral compass is clearly skewed. You insinuating that "not much has changed" from Darby's Rangers of WWII is disgusting. You being dishonest, and inflammatory on this forum is not setting a good example for others to follow. If you want to be a jerk go ahead but change your name and stop telling people you are something you are not. Only because you are a fake, liar, and poser and acting like a **** on here am I calling you out. Anyone else want to verify simply google 75th Ranger Regiment and you will see what a liar this guy is

Mike, I'd already inferred that from your screen name you were in 1/75, please clarify for me at what time or what statement i lied or skewed the truth? You clearly have issues with officers which is your own problem, you wont ever know what we have to go through in order to take care of soldiers and I'll just leave it at that. I've got a number of buddies currently scattered around Regiment and none of them act in nearly the childish aggressive manner that you're displaying here, you're not doing yourself any favors here, you incorrectly accuse me of a number of things and in the process make yourself look like a ****. I've written a 20pg battle analysis for the army on the battle of Pointe Du Hoc, and in doing so you can see how a great many things still operate as they once did, I'm not saying that things haven't changed mike just that as much as things change they stay the same (and this is not the bad thing that you are making it out to be in your head), you are so wrapped around the axle that you are looking to make anything I say into an insult. How will a google search of 75th prove me a liar? lol, You're just throwing in libelous remarks now. Finally, I won't be changing my name, I feel no need to, I'm not misrepresenting myself in any way shape or form.

You couldn't be more wrong! It's about keeping ones head out of someone else ass. It's about minding your own damn business. We are under the threat of losing out freedom and liberty in this county. It's attitudes like RLTW and others are buying right into that way of thinking. How law abiding citizens live their lives is not your, his or anyone else's business.
SV what's your issue here, if you look at the original post and many subsequent, you'll realize that what was said is that I was given grief over the fact that I offroad the truck and that I didn't understand it. Sooo.... essentially others had their head in my ass as you'd put it. I followed it with I don't understand why you'd buy it if you weren't going to offroad it, not persecuting anyone or slinging mud, just my own thought there. I don't have any issue with how anyone lives their lives or use there things, hell keep your truck in a vacuum sealed room under a tarp for all I care. But I forgot, we all joined this PUBLIC forum to mind our own damn business.

You boys sure are sensitive, one might think this is an RPG V ICON shock thread based on the hurt feelings in here. Honestly makes me wish I'd never even posted my observation, didn't know there was this big of a riff between people that use this truck as an on road daily versus the alternative.

I do daily drive my truck, nearly 100 miles a day to school and back, and only last weekend did I really get to put my truck through it's paces offroad, I don't understand why the rest of you daily drivers get so bent out of shape over this crap, take your trucks down a rough dirt road and see what it can do, you might start to understand how we feel, or don't, and never realize the potential of your truck, we don't care, but don't question those of us who do offroad for doing what the truck was meant to do

RLTW,

Your screen name alone implies that you're a Ranger. Which you clearly aren't. Maybe you should ask the Mods for a change.

Then you come on here complaining about how people drive their trucks.

Who are you one to judge others?

Didn't they teach you anything in leadership school?

Do I need to change my screen name to "18 Bravo" to be like you?!

Mike175, What was/is your MOS?
