Fixed the front end clunking noise, changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires, fixed a small coolant leak, cleaned the aFe CAI filter. Reset the transmission learned shift logic and reset the KAM. I also ordered a new Motorcraft PCV valve and a JLT passenger side oil catch can.
That's a nice list. What was causing the clunking? Where did you have a coolant leak from?

The clunking sound was caused by the endlinks. It has weird aftermarket endlinks I can't seem to find via Google. So the stock endlinks have been removed and these weird adapters installed that have brackets on them to allow adjustable heim joints endlinks. The adapters go over the swaybar ends and a bolt through the stock bolt hole location on the swaybar. Both sides were lose, the driver side could move roughly 1/4" or more up and down on the swaybar ends. Tighten them down and no more brackets slapping the swaybar causing the clunk, clunk over every bump. I'll have to post pics of this crazy setup.

The coolant leak was a weak spring clamp on a small hose that goes into the thermostat housing on the passenger side. Had no leak until we hit below 20° here. It would only leak on cold start up, once warm it would stop, guess because of thermo expansion. A new clamp fixed that issue.

The transmission also shifts much better no more butter/slipping feel after the logic reset. It feels way more responsive and crisp.
