And I'm surprised the dealer would 'mount' those. Most tire shops are like "begone, peasant!".

But for $672??? Was that just for mount and balance?

This just goes to show the masses that the dealer is just about the worst place to go for routine work like tires, oil changes, etc. They hire anyone that will work for minimum wage. Even an SAE certified “technician” shouldn’t be trusted without verification that they aren’t a goon. I was considering doing a bit of mechanic work after retirement and looked into the SAE Cert process and reviewed the course materials. I was not impressed by the sample tests included. It’s just another check to see if you can read/memorize and very little to do with actual knowledge/skill. That’s the fallacy of “academics” vs hands-on training/experience. YMMV

That’s what made me laugh. Everything but the tires were Ford products lol. I wasn’t pissed just found it comical. They made it right and dropped it off at our residence with a stack of comp’d oil change coupons. No harm no hard feelings. Mistakes happen it’s how you deal with them that actually matters

Yes labor mount and balance. Lots of bolts!

Can you trust that they torqued the beadlocks correctly? There is a set sequence you follow to get to the correct torque I would not think they followed the directions. A stack of oil change certificates will not make up for that mistake. i would never go there again.

Got my ADD rear bumper installed this weekend…not the impact like the front but very happy and don’t have to look at that fading rear plastic anymore.
Went in pretty easy, some said that they fought it.

Dropped off the truck for leaking passenger side CV shaft. Had to schedule weeks in advance. Supposed to be done tomorrow, let's see what actually happens. This will be my first experience with this dealer.

The tires aren’t as flush as I’d like, but that’s not due to aesthetics, more for the clean up from all the gravel and snow. Guess some flaps are in my future!
