The coolant and oil feed lines have connections between turbo and block. I connect the coolant lines and the oil feed line to the turbo, and the other 1/2 of the lines to the block. I then install the turbo onto the oil drain tube and install gasket and one turbo to manifold bolt, screwed in about 80% of the way. Now you can let that bolt hold the weight while you install the other 2 and then position the oil feed and coolant lines to the "quick" connect fittings. once they snap into place tighten the turbo to manifold bolts.Mines a 17 and will be putting the Garrett Powermax on if that makes a difference.
