Finally had a break in the weather and just finished a full detail w/ ceramic coating. Also, added front window tint, spray in bed liner, and husky wheel well liners this weekend.

Installed JLT 3.0 Catch Can

ForScan changes:
Disable three start up chimes
Auto start stop disable
Double horn disable
Temp in gauges
Fake engine noise disabled
Heated and cooled seat icons on home and climate screens
Enter NAV destination while vehicle in motion
Disable driver seat belt chime

Well I've got a 2019 and used the same gen 2 ForScan spreadsheet from F150Forum for the changes, so for the most part yes.

I went with CQuartz uk 3.0 for the paint and CarPro DLux Plastic and Wheel Coating for the trim, tonneau, and wheels. Then finished everything with CarPro GLISS.

Honestly, I got really into the pantheorganizer car detailing youtube channel and he recommended it. Put it on my wife's white X5 last winter and it has held up great.
