It’s one of the first sti’s Imported back in 2003. It’s an 04 I bought new, it might have 46k on it now. Parked it when I got my gen1.

Only 46k on it? Oh man you need to take that beast out and bang some gears. Is it completely stock?

Tein mono coil overs as well as a bunch of Cusco and whiteline suspension goodies. Headers and 3” turbo back exhaust. As well as some other stuff.

Painted my spindles, half shafts and tie rods with gloss black POR15 rust prevention.

Went surprisingly easily. The stock jack was super easy to use and raised the truck no problem ( BTW I need a bigger floor jack apparently...)

Pro tip


POR15 will not come off your skin, even with paint thinner or sea salt scrub or scrubbing really REALLY hard.

Installed RPG offroad 1.5" collars.

changed all the fluids, installed spd flanges/downpipes, installed a wraith offroad shorty exhaust, changed the spark plugs, installed a full race throttle body spacer so the turbosmart BOV has a dedicated reference line, installed a volant intake with a donaldson tractor filter, swapped out the deavers for Icons in config 3.
