My xtra big booty wide carbon fibArz flares were getting cloudy, kinda like when head lights get cloudy I guess... I got this special carbon fiber polish and holymotherfuckinshit it works great! I didn't spend all that much time on them at all, maybe 5 mins a flare... they look better than new again. I don't have covered parking so the truck is always outside in the sun... forgot to mention this is machine polish, not by hand.

Went a little nuts. My truck is a 2019 SCAB with 36k miles, it sits outside in the Florida sun, rain and heat 24/7.

Wash
3M clay bar
Megs 105 then 205 with my 2" micro DA for the tight spots and my 6" DA
Wash again
Chemical Guys Ceramic Force
Cured 2 days
Washed again
Topped with Collinite #845 Insulator Wax, at least on the tailgate.

I'll take a pic when the entire thing is done. I've been doing this mostly panel by panel (in zones, ie front fenders, hood, rear fender, tailgate, etc) as it's over 100 degrees here and I can only deal with it for a few hours at a stretch. Pics really don't do it justice, it's like I could stick my hand in the paint it's so deep and glossy.

It's no mall crawler, either. I've had mud caked up to the roof. Taking it on my annual XC trip in a week.

You are welcome to come up here and polish my primer. It's only 80° here in Washington.
