When looking for a process to hopefully disable the visual seatbelt reminder, I found a video showing how to disable the audible reminder on YouTube and it worked for me.

So it gets rid of the chime, but not the red seat warning?

That was my result, yes. No luck on getting rid of the red/green seating diagram pop-up.

Garmin camera and lowered the license plate.
Drill and tap with 6mm thread.
Garmin.powee cable ran all the way to center compartment USB port without much trouble.

Bummer. Do CA authorities actively ticket people for no front plate? In MO it’s requires too, but nobody cares. 1/2 vehicles don’t run them. I haven’t had a front plate on any vehicle for 20yrs.

I have never had a front plate on any car in the past 30 years in CA - never any issue at all.

got several tickets in San Francisco and Oakland for no front plate. they hand them out candies and parking tickets here.
oh and they can ticket you while your car is parked just like parking tickets.
