I have been using the B10 SD card and your post reminded me that I needed to update to a new version so I bought the A15 this morning on ebay.
Mine has the same A3 that was in it when I bought it in '17 haha! I got the eternal "Navigation loading..." with the new ($22 from Amazon so slightly sketchy) B15 though so I'll try a master reset and update Sync again, hopefully yours works as advertised.

I bought this in 2019 when I received a letter that it will be the last Map for my year.
Served me pretty well till 2024.

Did my daughter's 2013 Titanium Escape with A15 SD card about three weeks ago.
Since it will be the last map update for the Sync 2, 2013-2014 Fords.
Pain in the butt for sure doing the Sync update.
I wound up printing the Sync instructions out, made sure it was connected to my home Wi-Fi.
Tried to do the update over Wi-Fi but it was hanging.
So, I used a 8G micro SD card and the USB adapter that didn't work right either.
Found a 32 GB micro SD card and made sure it was formatted to 32 Fat (not 32 Fat-ex).
Got the file off the truck to update Ford Sync website as to what was on the truck, it then generated the file for me to download onto the PC, and then extracted the folder and files to the micro SD card.
That finially work.... but it did not generate the .xml file to upload to Sync that the upload was complete.
It did a html/.xml file that you can open up in a browser, but Sync would not except it.
Called Ford Sync they said they are working on it, whatever that means.
Served me pretty well till 2024.

Yeah it can be sketchy buying on ebay but I've been lucky for the most part, only got burned once out of a half dozen buys when I tried to go really cheap. I asked this seller if he would match a Amazon seller and he agreed so I got it for $22.83 shipped. If it works it will be a good deal.
I'm still working on tuning the icon rear shocks. I'm closing in on the perfect setup; I'm playing around in the difference between their "normal street 7/4/4" and "loaded 5/3/3" settings. I tried the "offroad" and its nice but its floaty and that feeling can be unsettling on the road. But if I go too far towards "loaded" or even "towing" it develops a weird gallop.
