An update and recap of my stock shock rebuild.
I picked up a set of used stock shocks a little over a year ago. Sourced all the parts and rebuilt them myself. Added Schrader valves and added flutter stack valving.
I installed the rears last summer but couldn't find the time to do the fronts.
Installed the fronts a week ago. Wow ...what a great feeling.
Still trying out the full set but I'm very happy with the outcome.
My original shocks have 120k miles on them and have never been touched. Still hold nitro and no leaks but the new ones are a definite improvement.

I'm only changing mine because at 148xxx miles I wanted to swap out all the accessories. And since the radiator & condenser were out it made it WAY easier.
I’m at 263xxx and have only done preventive maintenance to date. There have been a few exceptions like park indicator, third brake light, and a blend door actuator, but the extent you have done for your 150k service is most impressive!

2 hours in and I got the drivers seat done. The covers have been in a box for a couple years so I’ll have to maybe steam them to get perfect. Also new foam so they feel brand new. Anyways long overdue, amazing they held up as good as they did for 440k56D8F727-BA8C-4C7E-BB68-42AAC25F7928.jpegDBBADD38-263E-4190-BD9A-F4E065860E64.jpeg00D57C27-A659-4AD6-AFA5-014A6EC4FA0D.jpeg8616650F-684B-4621-BE41-4A036CEED1A1.jpeg2F159E6B-2ACD-4BE8-8F71-44358A27746A.jpeg

very nice. do you have the part numbers handy?
Also, how are the rest of the seat components holding up? Air condition, heat elements, seat motors etc?
