I had to get the lead frame and the conductor plate for the quick one or two day wait. Just the lead frame alone was a three month wait.

I got told minimum 9 weeks up here in Canada for my lead frame from Ford. The dorman one also no availability....... I'm a few weeks into waiting and it seems it will continue

Yeah the drivers side was a bit short on mine. If you’re patient and can feed wires decently you didnt have to remove the mirror. Lol

The front signal plugged right into the rear signal. Super easy.

Are any gen 1 Raptors still under warranty for the 6r80? I'm guessing the clock ran out years ago, unless you bought an extended warranty. Either way, the leadframe issue will Not be forgotten by millions of Ford customers.

I check with a dealer and its only had the pcm reflash done. Mine ran out so really praying i dont have any issues with it.

Spent the weekend underneath my truck removing the running boards and cleaning rust off my rockers. 10 years of Northeastern weather and driving on the beach has not been kind but I saved them in time. Anyway the dirty work is finished now I just have to fluid film the shit out of them. And some new gorilla tape.

I’m digging the no running boards I don’t plan on putting them back on. They at least will need to be re coated.

I hear ya. I should take mine off when i get under to check the coating and see if i need to touch it up any where.

I never put the tape back on i do a thorough rinse inside them, since i have a sunroof and they drain in the rockers anyway.
