That's one of several I found too, one they use the tool @FordTechOne mentioned (and it doesn't look easy lol), the others similar to the one I tried. I wish I could find one like this but they keep showing up only for Chevy and Honda:

This Lisle tool looks pretty awesome, my only concern is the back two cylinders, the firewall doesn't give you much room to smack it with a hammer...
