What did u do to your raptor today?

Thanks bud. Yeah, the raptor is the first vehicle I've owned with the backup sensors. I always thought it was an "old man feature" BUT when I got it I started to love it. Part of me taking a few months to pull the trigger was the lack of space to work in the backup sensors.

I've got to say that I haven't missed them at all yet. I thought it would take an adjustment, but it hasn't. Actually, I have to say I'm kinda happy to not have to hear all the beeping anymore. Still having the backup camera is the biggest one in my book!

I'd say do it...you won't regret it!

I'm definitely going with this bumper on my white truck just not sure on the black truck yet. When you unplug all the sensors does it mess anything up or make the buzzer go off when you're in reverse?

I finally blacked out my mirror reflectors. Now @Yukon Joe has nothing to bitch about. lol

I used the Anzo turn signals and blacked out / waterproofed the circuit board (which was white). Cost me $35 and took about 35 minuets, I went through the puddle light opening to wire them to the factory turn signals.

I don't believe it messes anything up at all. Since I live close, I went in and had SVC personally install it. So if they had to reset any computer or anything, they would have done it. I don't think they did have to though.

Yeah, it basically just takes away the beeping when you back up...that's it. Doesn't effect or mess anything up at all. Personally, I don't miss the beeping when backing up at all...don't think you will either.

If I were you, I'd put the V3 on your white truck and see. My bet is that very shortly after, you'll be ordering one up for black truck too!

Shhh, the whole point of ******** Anonymous is that it's anonymous. Oh, you meant NE Raptor group. Sorry. I doubt that I'm the first, although, I can't think of anyone else that has done it. Well you knew I was trend setter. Maybe the rest of our clan will follow suit.
