Installed my Magnaflow exhaust, after I painted the tips flat black last week, and dropped of the TMX skid plate to be sandblasted and Line-X coated. (got them from @Backinblack). Also installed the SDHQ hood light mounts (got them from @CP RAPTOR). Also installed 4 BullRing Shorty Low Profile tie downs (the router bit for cutting out the plastic is a very good idea, makes it very simple to cut cleanly). Although I measured at least 3 times I think before I drilled!!

Attempted to paint the inside edge of my taillights.. Testors paint sucked for that. Said **** it. Filled it with black silicone adhesive instead. Looks the same, no messy drippy non sticking paint shit every where now.

Took a drive around the island because it finally stopped raining for the first time in a few weeks... wife grabbed this pic:

And then we crammed a 6 foot couch into the 5 and a half foot bed after my wife decided we needed a new couch for our office. She said she loved that we had a truck!

Installed my running board extensions and it turned out pretty good. I used my friends shop so I wouldn't have to crawl under and in typical fashion after spending 20 minutes installing the drivers side he stopped by and took a look said "that's good, now let's make it better" and we upgraded the bolts/nuts!

Total install time about 30 minutes once someone who actually knew what they were doing got involved!

I like seeing the Raptor on the rack and how long it actually takes to get the wheels off the ground :)

When in for state inspection and ended up paying the dealer too much $$$ to replace brake pads all around and rotors up front. Pretty PO'd because (a) i'm a ******* for not realizing how bad the brakes were getting, (b) I hate throwing money at stock components when I could have upgraded to something better and (c) not having the time to do it right even if I caught it earlier.

Oh well, if these last 50K miles like the first set I won't think about it again for a long while. Sometimes it's easier to just pay the man.

Just curious how much dealer charged for pads and rotors (separately)?

I was needing new pads all around and spent about $1K (all totaled) for R1 rotors all around (drilled & slotted) and performance pads, installed.

Took it back to the dealership to find out why I'm hearing brake squeal when I'm driving but not stopping. Found out the Passenger Front Caliper Mount is bent in, so it's causing the pad to constantly drag when driving, I hit the brakes, it straightens the caliper out, no squeal.

They Can't get it in until Wednesday, so wondering if I should deal with potentially warping the rotor with all the heat being generated (they'll have to replace it if it does warp), or just park it for the weekend.
