Installed the Corsa CAI kit as well as installed the 5* 93 performance tune using the ITSX I just got as well.

Its a whole new truck with the CAI, LT's and Tune.. I now see I will need to shave some lead off my foot when in the truck now. And since it has the Lightning exhaust every cop within a mile will be looking at me when I get into it now.

Mid perch is complete!

$110

Now anyone that doesn't know along with those that do... It's the way the truck should come from the factory. Period.

Why?

1) Handling, so much better pavement and offroad in the snow.
2) No more nose diving when you brake
3) Clearance
4) level look from side view
5) Big Pimpin

How hard was the Corsa install? I have the kit sitting in my garage waiting for my truck to get here.. I pulled the instructions sheet out when I first got it and it was like a toddler drew them up.

Isn't that the norm nowadays? I remember helping a friend a few years ago with an Ikea hutch.....all the instructions were in chinaglish and the illustrations were mirror images........

Lets just say I was scratching my head for a while.. The directions were Useless.

To make it easier on you the bracket mounts rather easy but the directions give you no direction on how it actually mounts. Once you have removed all the stock stuff, you will need to remove the fender stud to actually mount the bracket, I was cursing up a storm when trying to mount it till I realized the fender stud had to be removed, place the bracket and then reinstall the fender stud.

Also there is a rear bracket that holds a relay box that has to be removed then reinstalled over where the back of the corsa bracket is bolted with the stud.

To mount the hood switch it is the same thing, remove the fender stud. Mount the hood switch bracket to the corsa bracket and then mount the corsa bracket with the hood stud.

Overall would have taken me about 45 minute to an hour from start to finish, but the fender studs added an hour or so to my time. Once I figured that out it was easy sailing.

Only thing I have left is getting better hose for the vacuum line as what the provide is ricer crap you find at pep boys. I plan on getting to JLT catch cans so will do the catch can at the same time.

I think they should forget the printed instructions and do a proper install video for all things now. If Corsa would do a quick 15 minute video of installing one where they have proper camera angles of the actual work being done you would never need printed instructions. Pretty much goes for everything these days.

Normally I can find an install video that is much more useful than the instructions provided.

Installed an Airaid Synthamax CAI. Sounds great but not sure I'll get better gas mileage due to me putting my foot in it to hear it all the time.

Sounds like a task where a 6 pack of cold ones are needed.
