What did u do to your raptor today?

How close to the axle is your turn down/what setup are you running? I can't imagine the exhaust gas would be hot enough to melt plastic when cruising down the road as I would think the ambient airflow would mitigate the heat.

Do you do a lot of idling?

That line definitely looks well done. Looks like your turndown tips could use a little more turn down. Hack them off in front of the those welds and buy some cheap tips with a little more bend would be my suggestion. Also move them forward a bit more.

I angled mine outward a tad as well so idling in place should cause much of an issue.
