Sweet, and stock motorcraft filter?
No, I use the Ford racing one, but I would try the Mobil 1 Extended Oil filter.

The Ford dealer does mine for $29. My Mercedes always ran $180ish. I'm not doing ANY manual labor for $30.
Sounds to cheap to be a good deal, are watching what kind of oil they are using.
They might not even be giving you the blend oil.
Think about it, if the filter alone cost $5.80, what kind of oil at 7 qts. is going to equal $23.
Although using 50 gal drum prices it might just work out, that they use the blend stuff.
