What did u do to your raptor today?

I can't find it now but someone (I think @RDFTS) posted a picture of their exhaust cut right after the axle with a custom mount. I'm looking for the picture as I would like to do the same...

Anyone know the thread/location of that picture?

Hey, I was just talking last night about mine on this thread. Mine isn't the stock tho, it's the volant and we were talking about it in this thread:

Working on my punch list currently:

- Oil change
- Install AFE lid
- Check over all fluids and top off as needed/set tire pressures
- Install H3R fire extinguisher seat mount and fire extinguisher
- Install amber film over rear facing Whelen Micro Pioneers and Rigid D2's - thanks @shooterAMG for dropping the film off this afternoon

Just need to do the fire extinguisher and mount now...

I'm a Niner fan, but going with the raider silver and black theme on this build! Next is black or color matched flares......

First it's the Raider Raptor.... Then it is all downhill from there.

Well I had my local muffler shop cut the exhaust right after the rear axle and I like the new look... How come the Raptor did not come this way from the factory???

This was a bitch. Made some more holes to secure it better too...

Nope. I Bought the Dupli-Color kit that comes with the cleaner,brush and a pint of paint. They tured out alot better than I thought they would. After two coats since the paint is so thick it actually fills in the textured surface of the calipers so they look nice and smooth when you look closely. For $20 I'm impressed with it. I originally was going to buy the covers with Raptor on them but I thought I'd try this first before dropping $200 on them and I'm glad I did.

That does look good!

How much paint was left over after doing the four calipers? I am thinking about painting the center part of the rotors when I do the calipers and wonder if two kits will be enough.
