lol, it isn't the EPA that I'm worried about. The wife on the other hand, if I tracked coolant into the house on my feet and she wound up smelling it; let's just say, if momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy...lol

Unfortunately that particular shop is quite small - but they do good work. Getting the Raptor in far enough to be centred on the lift would mean having less room to work around the front end. Doing the perch mod with the shocks still on the car is easier with the use of a jack to compress the springs and make lighter work for the spring compressors, so there's no need to lift it high off the ground... In fact it could have been done even lower.

I'm sure they didn't want to get the truck off the ground with all that tent stuff in the bed

The tent itself isn't that heavy. It's carbon fibre so it's lighter than the Fiberglass version of the same tent, and lighter and way more aerodynamic than most other roof top tents. (Except for the fact that some other tents would fit behind the rear window directly above the bed, while this will be at roof height - but I want the bed to be open to cab height.)

But the concern was just getting the truck in far enough to be properly balanced and still have room to move around the front end, plus there's no advantage and it actually would make the job harder to have it up high in the air.
