I finished the foglight/factory switch thing today, soldered everything and heat shrunk it all.. They are working good, one thing that is bugging me about it is the fog lights don't automatically turn off if on auto, I'll need to look into that.. Got the wires ran for the reverse lights now need to cut my bumper and install, hopefully I can find time before this weekend..

For what it's worth, my 2002 Explorer would keep the fog lights on all the time with the fog switch pulled out. If the headlights were in auto mode, but still off, the fog lights would stay on no matter what. That said, I didn't have the issue you have where they stayed on without the truck running.

Well I was going to check the TQ on my beadlock bolts but can not seem to find my digital TQ wrench. Guess I will be going to sears tomorrow to get another one.
I borrowed it. Thanks!
I closed my door, and....

300 miles away from home. Now I have a Duct Tape window panel.
DAMN that sucks. Crazy that it was just from closing the door.

No, defroster was not on. Temp in the 50's. About a week ago I had a loose spare standing in the right front of the bed with a load of hay. When I unloaded the hay, I got lazy and didn't knock the tire down from standing up. When I drove back to town, I saw a clean spot where the tire rubbed before falling down. No cracks, nothing. Never gave it a second thought.... until that fateful sound of safety glass shattering.

The windshield has been cracked for three years, may as well get them done at the same time.
