Bet he felt like a fool.. Nothing like playing with something you have no business touching and then having everyone look at you for doing it. Really hate techs/valets/etc that do such things. If curious ask the owner about it, for all he new it could arm a nitrous kit.

I'm not too worried about it, I had kind of joked about them honking the horns at someone for fun. I guess the word got around. The tech did confess that he pushed the stock horn location first, thinking that would set them off. When he did find the right button, he figured it was a pressure sensitive switch. He didn't realize it was just a momentary.

Everyone had a good laugh, and they all Ooh-ed and aah-ed over the truck and the few mods I'd done. They were/are more impressed that I actually USE the truck as it was intended.

$360 later I got it back after being towed.

Considering if I should pursue further action.

Do tow truck drivers have the legal right to enter your locked vehicle?

I actually enjoy the knowledge that every tech that has worked on Night Raptor probably crapped his pants when he hit the train horn switch. Since mine is tied into the horn, they won't get blasted playing what does this switch do. Although I did accidentally scare the crap out of some poor guy a few weeks back. I barely ever use my horn so I leave it set to air horn...well I forgot and gave a guy a little toot to let him in front of me in a turning lane, he jumped pretty good...lol

You didn't want the LED light so you know that the alarm is armed? Its only $15 and well worth it IMHO

$700 is high. If ordered online from Ford when picking the dealer to send the parts, it was only $50 for install.
