Put seat up. Look behind the headrest behind passenger side. There's a little cylindrical pin that you pull up on. Give it a nice tug while your seat latch is disengaged .

Its there. I did this mod on my 2011 King Ranch but actually put a wire on it to make it easier. Haven't done it yet on my raptor but just opening it with my finger right now.
