Mine has been clunk free yesterday and today, we'll see how long that holds true. I forgot how much more enjoyable the truck is to drive when it doesn't feel like you're getting rear ended every time you take off or come to a stop.I did the same thing last year. Relatively easy, but yes, the force needed to get them out was unerving. Also, my clunking remains, although it only seems to do it when its wet out side. No clunks in the dry.
