What did u do to your raptor today?

Did the 3rd oil and filter change on my Raptor at 4988.7 miles. From here on I will do them at 5k intervals or once every six months. The first oil change I used the recommended Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 synthetic blend, for the 2nd & 3rd I used Motorcraft SAE 5W-30 synthetic blend because it gets really hot in OK during the summer months. I don't foresee this as detrimental to anything except gas mileage, maybe.

Added a Derale 24" power steering cooler.

Made mounts out of 1" strap steel, had to relocate the horns to the left.

Added aFe Transmission pan....My dealer only charged me $75 labor to change the fluid and install the new pan.

The service dept. at Encinitas Ford is top notch! The service manager and most of the techs are racers and they take pride in their work.

Replaced my bumper. Getting it off was easy. Cleaned all the dirt and mud from the frame horns. Getting it on wasn't too bad. But getting it to align with the horns bent was a royal pain in the ass when doing it by myself. Using the jack was helpful but took way too long.
