Decided to have a little fun today so I tuned the Raptor and installed the CAI, gave it a bit of a snarl when ya give it some peddle.

I beg your pardon those are urinal cakes for your information. LOL Actually they are pieces of pool noodle to keep the filter from moving.

Cutting down some older cv’s to make “hub plugs” as I am having trouble sourcing correct outer cv’s for my axles.

Refreshed the red stripe (with tape), installed a Ford rebranded Truxedo lo pro soft tonneau cover, and recharged the A/C. Not sure what I was expecting, but I notice zero temp change. I guess I’m just experiencing what most people have already complained about.

Broke 60k. Purchased it in February with 52k.

Thinking about removing the decals from the bedsides/hood on my 2014. Anybody have experience doing this on an 8+ year old truck? Apparently the truck spent most of its life in the garage but I'm concerned there will be noticeable paint fade.

The bedside is usually not bad, but from what I've seen the hood can be a bitch and pull up paint. Its the constant heating and cooling that makes the decals crack on the hood. I want to get mine pulled since its starting to crack badly, but I'm holding off until I can get the hood repainted.

With the front turn signal what did you plug it into, i dont see anything under the reflector.

Edit: nm its on the back of the mirror side blinker. Guess the install waits til they arrive lol

No. I just didnt realize the new led mirror side blinker had an extra connection for the front side one.

Ha my nav maps are way out of date. I wondered why it didnt find some of the newer locations. Im running version A8 and just ordered the A13 version lol
