Probably labor shortages or supplies, cost of shipping, etc. I've been waiting for a couple weeks for parts(stang) from Michigan, keeps getting delayed, but I think that's UPS. At least yours will look pretty when it's installed.

Honestly, a guy with a small cnc machine, O rings, and stainless tubing could make the tube. The dipstick is just spring steel or stranded cable, a top handle, and a scratch to mark the level. Maybe $20 in materials and an hour of cnc time to machine the parts? And they use tubing so small you can't fill thru it without inserting even smaller tubing. These companies are just lazy.

Spitballing here, but assuming drivers side if it mounts above it like most of the fog light brackets do.

right. Wish i would of wrote it down when I had it set up the first time oops. Ill line it up when i get a chance. Just cant get to dirty yet i may have to do a sold car and hate to be all dirty and get in a customers vehicle lol
