Re-taped the rocker holes with Gorilla tape. I was going to re-route the sunroof drain line but could not figure out how to get to it ‍ It’s wedged in there pretty tight and is completely surrounded by foam.

Edit: not sure why I can't rotate the pic

I went through the rear plastic by the seat belt and moved stuff around and it eventually was in a reachable spot underneath. It was a pita lol

Still need to do other side and figure out where the front goes. Lol

I made my own kit with the Kartek reservoir and a different style cooler and completely bypassed the factory cooler in the condenser.
The cap on mine is not drilled and it pukes a little down the side and makes a mess. My plan is to drill the top and add a small catch can that will catch the vapor, I am getting tired of smelling ATF when I walk past the front of the truck.
Interested to see what you come up with. Did yours come with the Pressure relief valve?

Yeah I tried that route and just gave up Lol. Good news is I poured a good bit of water into the sunroof and it drained well on all four corners. Also took some compressed air and blew out the door drains and rocker drain locations.

Finished waxing it and found a couple more chips to touch up. There's still swirl marks in it, but I dont have 20 years to try and buff those out, lol. She looks good from 20 feet away or close up at night, ha ha.
Scars are one thing but swirl marks? Swirl marks are unacceptable after a wax job. Go back and do it again, LOL!

There's more chips that have been touched up beside the headlights on the fenders than original paint left. How the heck would a guy even buff that crap out. She still looks damn good to me after all these years, I can see all the smiles in those scratches and chips, ha ha.
