Only Gen1's are SVT Ford Raptors any addon's to any other truck will never make it an SVT Ford Raptor so no it doesn't belong here. Since it has a gen2 grill (which no gen1 owner would ever put on their truck) and not a SVT as Gen2 are not it would be better off there but I still don't think it belong anywhere on this forum. Just my option!

When does a raptor stop being a raptor? Plenty of modified gen 1’s in this thread that don’t have a ton of SVT specific parts remaining.

You would’ve loved my truck but when I upbadged the tailgate with Raptor badge. Haha, maybe I’ll order another one and install just for you.

*full disclaimer, I understand I DO NOT own a Raptor. I do however love the SVT suspension and the aftermarker support for the Gen 1 Raptor. The air bump kit from Forged Offroad is an amazing upgrade for the Gen 1 if you don’t already have it.

Installed Jimmi Jammers, then decided it would be a good idea to have a remote battery terminal location I could get to in case the battery died. turned out quite nice. got the remote terminal and 4 foot leads off Amazon. all told, took about 2 hours including removing wheel and fenderwall. The terminal is mounted just behind the passenger side of the front bumper.

I drilled 3 holes into the horizontal spar behind the bumper.

crap, sorry. out of practice. As for TRR, no, we are still isolating until everyone gets vaccinated, and then wife and I hope to resume travels. Good news is that the Raptor has been transformed into our road trip vehicle so she is heading to Colorado with us, any maybe some cool trails up there.

Bro chill, you own an F-150 with some SVT goodies and it happens to be called a Raptor. Are they cool? Yea. But it's still just a factory truck that could get clapped by any truck with 3.0s when it's in stock form.

I'm not a hater just a purest! I would just like to see this forum be for Raptors (true Blue) and not be loaded up with copy trucks, Prius lovers and every other Tom **** and Harry that have added marker light and grills to look like our trucks.
